The terms "we", "us", "our" and "the Company" refer to Tawseel, a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman, with registered office at Unit no. 8, Building no. 5, Sector 3, Al-Qurum, Al-Nadha Street, Al-Asfoor Plaza, PO Box: 579, Muscat, Oman, Commercial Registration No. REPLACE_ME_CR_NUMBER, VAT Registration No. 999999000000. The terms "you", "your", "user" and "customer" refer to any person who visits, registers on, or places an order through this website (the "Website").

By using the Website or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before you order. They are issued in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman (Royal Decree No. 66/2014) and its Executive Regulations, and the Electronic Transactions Law (Royal Decree No. 69/2008). Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Omani consumer protection law.

1. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to order from the Website.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, particularly your mobile number and delivery address. We are not liable for a failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Products, prices and VAT

• All prices on the Website are shown in Omani Rial (OMR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 5%, charged under the Oman VAT Law (Royal Decree No. 121/2020). A tax invoice is issued with your order.
• Product images are for illustration. Packaging and presentation may differ from the image shown.
• We take care to ensure prices and availability are accurate. If an item is mispriced or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and you may either confirm the corrected price or cancel the item for a full refund.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and it is accepted for dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where the item is out of stock, where we cannot deliver to the address given, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Payment

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include online payment through a licensed payment gateway and Cash on Delivery.
• We do not store your card details. Online payments are processed by our payment service provider.
• For Cash on Delivery, the full amount must be paid to the delivery agent on receipt of the goods.

5. Delivery

• We deliver within the Sultanate of Oman, to the governorates and wilayats listed at checkout. Delivery is available only where your area is shown as serviceable.
• Delivery timeframes shown on the Website are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will tell you if there is a material delay.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
• If nobody is available at the address, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned and cancelled.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and reflects your rights under the Consumer Protection Law.

7. Your obligations

You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of Omani law;
• place fraudulent or speculative orders;
• copy, scrape, resell or exploit any part of the Website or its content without our written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any other user's account.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including the Tawseel name and logo, text, graphics, images and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected under the intellectual property laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Product brands and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that conform to the contract, as required by the Consumer Protection Law. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by Omani law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or business. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, adverse weather, strikes, failures of telecommunications or utilities, or acts of government.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, issued under the Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. 6/2022).

12. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Muscat.
